Dear All,
we have an outbound option and a calling list with multiple phone numbers for each contact in one line. With this setup the system calls contact1, number1 then contact2, number1 and so on. But we would like it to dial contact1, number1, contact1, number2 and only then contact2, number1 an so on. Is it at all possible?
We have UCCE 7.1.5.

No, not possible. You could have multiple query rules to change the order of the phone number, but even then I would imagine the overhead of trying to keep track of what number to dial when would be a pain.

Could anybody provide a link to a good explanation of how query rules work. I mean when are they executed, how often etc. Usage examples besides standard checking for NULL phone numbers.
