I have a script that is routing to csq base off area code. For some reason I am now getting calls that is showing anonymous and not a number. does anyone has a sample script on how to handle these kind of calls.

In your script you need to handle ANI that falls out of your defined area codes, this could also include calls with no ANI. For these select a csq to be used, aka more or less as the default for all calls that falls outside of your definition of area codes.
Does that make sense? If you could post your script it would be easier to help you out with a more detailed answer.
