UCCX 10.5 HA Mode

Hello All,

I have an requirement from one of my client to move UCCX from one Data Center to another without any downtime/Issue.

Could anyone of you please help me to know the best way to do this.

Do I need to move my Subscriber at first and transfer all the call flow to Subscriber?

Please suggest.

No impact requirement? is this a 24h center?

IMO there is only ways to reduce impact, but no way to completely avoid it. There will have to be a planned cutover. 

All you can really do is minimize downtime to a few seconds and hope everything goes as planned.
