After working with the installation of 10.6 CAD software on Windows 10.
I found that by unchecking the 'Run this program in compatibility mode for:' on the file properties Compatibility tab for the properties of the supervisor.exe file. Then the agents are listed in the (top window) Voice CSQs - Team Summary.
If compatibility is checked then that window is empty.
You may need to run as administrator. I did not find that made any difference.
Just realized this did not post, since I had an invalid tag.
I hope this can help someone else.
