I have one Contact Center team that is using CAD Software.
Have version10.6.1.2011. Installed on Windows 10.
It is installed with Compatibility Modes set for Windows 7. Seems to work with Windows 8 compatibility.
The phone models are 7965. I know CAD is not supported on Windows 10.
One supervisor can see the agents on the Voice CSQs Team Summary by clicking on the Voice folder.
Another supervisor can not see the list of agents, unless clicking on the folders underneath the Voice Folder.
CAD has been installed many times to no avail.
They will have to upgrade to Finesse when we go to version 12. Finesse does not show the different Ready states that CAD does.
Suggestions on how to get it work the same on both PCs?
