Hi,
Our customer wants to report on how many calls were presented to different queues over 4 different time periods (early morning, day, early afternoon, and late afternoon). However, they want this at a monthly level. ie How many total calls were presented to a queue in the morning over a month long period.
I could pull the data from the CSQ Activity Report by Interval report and manually add all the individual days together, but this would be pretty tedious for the number of queues they are running.
Is there a simpler way to achieve this?
Thanks,
Jason

Hi
Simpler - no... but easier in the long run yes...
Basically you'd have to create a custom report - both the SQL that generates that stats, and a CUIC template. You'll also need CUIC premium in order to create the report template. It's not a trivial thing, so if this is a one-off reporting requirement you may be better hammering Excel.

Jason,
If you are interested in a 3rd party solution to address this issue and possibly many more that you have with CUIC, please read on and contact us. We take the complexity out of generating reports.
In our system you can generates all reports by specifying what you want the “shift” times to be and report can summarize any date range. (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, user defined etc.)
You can also generate a CSQ report that compares multiple shifts for each CSQ for any date range (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, user defined etc.)
