UCCX 10.6 CUIC Data Source failed

Hello everyone,

I've tried to generate reports in CUIC and I receive this error: "Unable to populate the Value List. Please contact your administrator". When I see data sources I observe that it lists an UCCX that isn't actually in my cluster (I am working stand-alone, not HA). Also, in the value list, I see a lot of mistakes. I think this is the reason I am not able to see parameter to filter in my reports.

Attached are the screenshots of the errors.

This problem started when I install ciscouccx.ReportFix.10.cop.sgn (to correct the bug).

Hi Heriberto,

You may receive this error if the "Datasource Host" is not defined correctly, please verify and correct  the same under Datasources section and see if that helps.
