UCCX 10.6 Customer Last Called Script

Hi,

We are running UCCX 10.6.

I just want to ask if anyone has setup a script that holds calling numbers and when they last called?

For example: customer A, phone number 123456789, last called on Monday 19th Feb 2018.

The second time customer A calls, the system should recognise customer A based on caller ID.

When customer A calls our call centre today, the system will say hi, welcome back. the last time you called was Monday 19th Feb 2018". Route call to IVR queue.
