If the Callback Sript is not working then there should be some other problem Vinod. You definitely don't need an outbound CCG for the callback script. Place Call is the main step in this script that is going to make the call and you assign the CCG ID there and it can be Inbound CCG and that should work. Is it not working for you, outbound CCG will only be available if you have Outbound License there and that will only be required for Outbound Dialer but not for the calls that will be made using this script.

Notice that you have the Preview outbound dialer license showing Enabled which is what you get. So, there is no issue with your license, you can use outbound dialer.

Thank a lot Deepak and Chris,
I am working courtesy call script, which requires call control group of type outbound so system shows only inbound option, do we have to buy outbound IVR ports to have outbound CCG?
Please help me

That is correct Vinod, you will get the option of Outbound IVR ports only when you have purchased them. However, if you want the option of giving customers a call back option then that can be done using inbound CCG itself and a custom script.
There is a sample script BaseLineAdvQueuing.aef available at the below link that serves the purpose of callback without the need of Outbound dialer

Hi Deepak,
Thanks for information.
I am using the same script, with inbound CCG type it does not work, it has to be outbound CCG type. I think have to purchase outbound IVR ports to make this working.
Best regards,
Vinod

You only get Direct Preview dialing mode with Premium license. If you want Progressive and Predictive dialing mode as well, then outbound ports are required and you will need to purchase them on top of the Premium license. Refer below:
