Have a quick question. We are running UCCX 10.6.1.1.1002-15 (ES03-19). Below is the output from the License Information.
Configured Licenses:
Package: Cisco Unified CCX Premium
Total IVR Port(s): 290
Cisco Unified CCX Premium Seat(s): 145
High Availability : Enabled
Cisco Unified CCX Preview Outbound Dialer: Enabled
Cisco Unified CCX Workforce Manager Seat(s): 5
Cisco Unified CCX Maximum Agents: 400
My question, what is the maximum amount of accounts that can be configured as "Supervisors"? I've been told you can only have 40 accounts flagged as Supervisors. Does this total include a combination of accounts that have Supervisor, Reporting or both? We currently have 35 queues and a total of 23 accounts flagged with Supervisor access.
Thanks in advanced for your response.
