UCCX 10.6 outbound call

Hello,

I wrote a script that reads into DB and makes a call to customer to tell them of upcoming appointment. I have everything working fine except when message is done playing, call on cell phone(customer's phone) does not get disconnected. I have "terminated" step in it which ends internal trigger leg, but external call leg stays up. Can someone suggest any solution. Please see script below.

Verify the Terminate step is terminating the Contact that you used in the Place Call step.
