UCCX 10.6 reporting with external Application

Hi,

My customer is on UCCX 8.5 and  they are planning to upgrade to 10.6. Currently they are doing the historical reporting using SQL queries from  an in house application. They would like to retain the same option when moving to 10.6. Just wondering  the new version of UCCX supports this? is there any changes in tables ? Can CUIC and and this external SQl querie co- exists? Can any one provide more information on this?

Hi Unni

Sure - there's no change really.

HRC and CUIC are just different front-ends for the same database. You still have direct Informix SQL access to the DB and the schema doesn't change significantly (i.e. there are probably new fields for new features, but I've never had a custom report 'break' in this upgrade).
