we recently upgrade uccx from 8 to 10 and the the Tenox wallboard 3.72 with ODBC 4.10 seems to blank out the field for counting up longest wait time. It shows 00:00 before a call and then when the call comes in goes blank and then goes back to 00:00 so we don't get the count of the queued call. This only happens when we are using multi queue. So if I set it to monitor 1 queue it works but then try to use the wildcard to monitor multi queue and I get the issue. Anyone else seen this , or any ideas ??
