UCCX 10.6 - Too Long in Queue

Is this message typically generated when calls disconnect in UCCX?

We had a customer call our call center and complain she was disconnected after holding for 5 minutes. I spoke with TAC and they claim the caller dropped the call and that the above message is normal. Just looking for a second opinion.

Hi 

 

Yes the message is normal , but you have look for any messages prior to this one. Usually calls will be abandoned then this message will appear.
