Hi Everyone,
How do I configure Workflow in UCCX 10.6? Please note that we are not using Finesse. In Cisco Desktop Adminstartion Under Cisco Unified Presence Settings, I can see workflow but there's no option to create one. All I see is Find, Select All, Clear All and Save but I can't find the Add button.

Mk, you create workflow using the CDA application and then assign the workflow using web CDA. Refer below:

CAD is in engilsh now and I don't see an option to change the language to French.
