We have a Callback function for our customer, the issue we have is, if the Callback number stays in the system for more than couple of hours (I do not know exactly how long), it goes dissaper from the system.
I increased the Max Number of Executed Steps* to 5000
also increased the Default Session Timeout* to 1000
still no luck? do I need to restart the system in order to changes take effect?
