UCCX 11.0 simultaneous chat session UCCX

UCCX 11.0 design guide says that 50 Web Chat concurrent sessions are support but also says that 120 Web Chat concurrent sessions are supported. What number is true 50 or 120?

It's actually both, if you're using a small OVA then it's 50, if you're using HA with large OVAs then 120.

Sizing tool says that for UCCX 10.5 it is 120 and for UCCX 11.0+ is 50. Now design guide mention both values for the same large OVA.

Can you confirm where you're seeing that?

Using Cisco Collaboration Sizing Tool and selecting CUCM 11.0 and UCCX 11.0, on the UCCX page if you select more than 50 Concurrent chats a pop up will say that on CUCM 10.5 range is up to 120 but on this is 50.
