I found the number of Agent Logged In is not equal to the sum of Agent number under different state for highlighted CSQ in Voice CSQ Summary Report.
I have changed the states of 1-2 logged-in agents under this CSQ to make some update in the numbers, the Agent Not Ready number still remains unchanged. I have confirmed that only 3 agents are logged in.
I would like to check if anyone has experienced on similar cases and any suggestion to fix this issue.
