UCCX 11.5(1) Finesse Agent Logged In Number Issue

I found the number of Agent Logged In is not equal to the sum of Agent number under different state for highlighted CSQ in Voice CSQ Summary Report.

I have changed the states of 1-2 logged-in agents under this CSQ to make some update in the numbers, the Agent Not Ready number still remains unchanged. I have confirmed that only 3 agents are logged in.

I would like to check if anyone has experienced on similar cases and any suggestion to fix this issue.

You might try logging in on the publisher UCCX server console and running the following command:

 

utils uccx synctocuic

 

That may help resolve your issue.
