UCCX 11.5 agent updated name not reflecting in historical report

Hello Team,

 

I have make changes in CUCM >> End user and same updated name is reflecting in supervisor finese monitoring tool but its not reflecting in Historical report .

In report still we are getting OLD names .

 

Can any one has solution for this .

Hello Vinod, 

 

The real-time reports are from the live-data streaming data source and historical reports are pulling from the historical database(db_cra) of CCX. 

Please check below;

  • Historical database size and ensure that you are not reaching its threshold.
  • historical data source status on CUIC
  • check the RTMT for any UCCX DB related alert. 

If all above looks fine and doesn't see any problem, try a Cisco Unified CCX Database service restart (Or cluster reboot)during the maintenance window.
