Dears,
I’m working on a uccx environment version 11.5 SU1.
I have successfully configured and tested the callback feature through uccx outbound dialer and rest api. Now I need to make another rest call for the customer information to be shown in finesse once the agent accepts the call.
Has anyone done this?
Any feedback is highly appreciated.

Hi,
Are you trying to make the REST call in the outbound script or on Finesse itself? You can create a gadget on Finesse using the ExternalRestApiSampleGadget to make the REST call.
