UCCX 11.5 support APIs?

Hi,

I want to integrate UCCX 11.5 with a third part CRM application using APIs, is it doable?

Requirement:

 

• Need to integrate UCCX 11.5 with a third-party CRM application using APIs
• UCCX should be able to receive calls when initiated from CRM via ‘Push to Talk’ button
• Inbound calls through UCCX to CRM application should see calling party number on their side

In general, it is doable. It may be worth exploring the API references for UCCX. You can check here.

There are many third-party connectors also available in the Cisco marketplace?  see what is best for you depending on your CRM. few screenshots can find in the Cisco Live
