Yes, call recording is an add-on. Most common one I've implemented and seen implemented is Calabrio AQM which can be purchased directly from them or Cisco resells an OEM version:

http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/collateral/customer-collaboration/unified-workforce-optimization/datasheet-c78-731911.html

You can also look into Cisco MediaSense which provides compliance recording with limited functionality, but is cheaper and depending on your specific recording requirements may fit the bill.

There are obviously others you can research.

Thanks for you replay,

there is only 25 agents but at least the recording session need to keep  should be 1 year

Cisco MediaSense is enough for us also the part number is not finding in the datasheet.

can you please help for the same.

Thanks in advance

Ordering guides are posted here and have all of the part numbers:

Prtner login is required. If you are a customer, engage your partner of choice to get a BoM and quote.

Just a few more things to think about if you are using this solution.  Mediasense is not PCI (Payment Card Industry) compliant, so if there are any transactions involving passing credit card info, private info etc, you won't be able to use Mediasense because Mediasense can not encrypt the recording.   Calabrio as mentioned above is indeed PCI compliant and would be preferred.

Also, depending on where you are recording, make sure that you meet the legal requirements in your country/region/state before deploying.

Reach out to your Cisco reseller for proper quote of the product as MediaSense licensing is slightly tricky from my understanding, they can provide a free quote.

Cisco MediaSense is good. Recording and quality-management applications from Calabrio and NICE are now offered with MediaSense on the Cisco Price List through the SolutionsPlus program. Analytics applications from NICE are also offered with MediaSense through this program.

One thing I liked about Cisco MS is the easiness in configuring.

Some other applications are Zoom CallREC, Witness 360, Nice etc

If you need more information about supported application partners, visit the Cisco Developer Network at: https://marketplace.cisco.com/catalog.
