UCCX 11.6 and CUCM 12 integration issue

Hi Cisco Expert,

 

Blessed day!

Kindly help us on our issue where we encountered on Cisco Unified CM Configuration - Service Provider Configuration/AXL.

Cisco Unified CM Authentication Failed because of CCMAXL Exception.

 

We have checked that app user credential we have input was correct.

And also verified that it was compatible with CUCM 12.0 in this link.

Hi there

 

whats the AXL user you are using for integration. Is it the CCM Application user or any other. If you use any other user add that user name of the AXL Administrator to the Standard Unified CCX Administrators group and "Standard AXL API Access" roles in Unified CM.

 

If that doesn’t work add the user to the Super User group and try, though it’s not recommended and can be a security risk.

I'm had this same issue.  Everything seemed to be configured correctly.  After rebooting the UCCX server, I was able to finalize the configuration.
