UCCX 11.6 compatibility with CUCM 12.5

Hello,

We planning to upgrading our UCCX and CUCM to 12.5

The current version now for UCCX is (11.6.2.10000) and the CUCM is (11.5.1.11900)

So if we upgrading the CUCM first to version 12.5.1.14900, it will compatible with UCCX v.11.6.2.10000 or should we upgrade the UCCX first?

See the Compatibility Matrix for supported version combinations. If there isn’t one you need to complete both upgrades in the same maintenance window. Personally, I would do CUCM first.
