UCCX 11.6 configure in HA

Hi team,

We are configuring UCCX to add a second server and start the HA configuration. So in design guide there are two modes of configuration (HA by LAN and HA by WAN). I have one UCCX installed nowadays in a Datacenter, and now we are installing the second on primises site where the agents and supervisors are located. My customer told me that have a LAN To LAN  link with good performances and 300MB of BW.

After make more researchs I have found a spreadsheet from cisco to calculate BW taking into consideration (CUCM, IM&P cluster, Finesses, CUIC, Agents, supervisors and incoming calls).

Before set up the configuration of UCCX in HA, I believe that should be best practice validade the BW using this spreadsheet.

Does anybody have already using this to spreadsheet?

Always use HAoWAN; the main difference is how trigger-happy the cluster is for a failover. It’s 0.5sec for LAN and 10 sec for WAN.

What’s your question about the BW calc spreadsheet.
