We have a customer using our IVT certified application whose agents are hearing a 'boop' tone/sound in their headset during a single-step transfer. I'm thinking it's some type of on-hold tone coming from UCCX or the CUCM. This tone is disturbing to their agents, and they had opened up a TAC case (SR686247200) which got closed stating our application is generating the tone during transfer. Would DevNet Support be able to provide explanation/clarification as to how our app is playing a sound to the operator headset and how to mitigate it.
