UCCX 11 / Finesse

I installed UCCX 11.0 and when I went to the CLI to start finesse, it wasn't in the list of utils uccx commands.  I can get to the admin web pages, etc but not finesse.  Did something change in 11?  I have scoured through the documentation but have not been able to locate any information.

In 11 Finesse should be activated by default since CAD no longer exists

Try running utils diagnose test in CLI to see if there are any problems that pop up

Often it is a broken forward / reverse DNS lookup if you are having issues reaching Finesse

Thanks Jakub.  Shouldn't I be able to reach Finesse by IP or has that gone away in version 11?  If it has gone away - then it all makes sense to me.

You can if you have correct forward / reverse DNS enabled but DNS is now a must for CCX 11
