UCCX 11 FIPPA Phone service

Hello Team

UCCX 11.0 in HA mode

CUCM 11.5

UCCX with FIPPA are configured and were working. Configured Phone service "FIPPA" to UCCX-1 and "FIPPA-2" UCCX-2 both were working. for better naming Phone service "FIPPA" renamed to "FIPPA-1" then it stopped working giving error " The Cisco Finesse service you are using is unavailable. Press Retry to attempt to reconnect to this Finesse service.....

I tried reboot of both servers, restart of uccx engine, rename back to FIPPA, recheck the URL on phone service, updated id, password and service subscription on ip phones etc. no luck

My understanding was wrong ....!. UCCX HA is not active -active mode

One server is master and other standby, standby wont accept requests
