UCCX 11 WFM/Mediasense Recording Requirements.

Hello,

I see that "Mediasense" is included with WFM w/ Premium but does that just add the capability to integrate with Mediasense or does that include the RTU for Mediasense?

If I have the below example BOM items, will it include recording to a Mediasense server for 25 users/agents?

CCX 11.0 Call Recording Seat Qty 1 LICENSE ONLY - 25

CCX 11.0 Workforce Manager Seat Qty 1 LICENSE ONLY - 25

CCX 11 premium 25 seat Promo Bundle

CCP Server License (Mediasense) - 1

WFM Media Kit

WFM AQM Media Kit

Mediasense Media Kit

Will the above scenario allow for the option to either do Finesse workflow-based recording using MediaSense and/or Finesse workflow-based recording using WFO (Workforce Optimization).

With either of the above options, where are the recordings stored?

Im thinking that since there are no CR/QM/AQM licenses but rather CCX Recording seats, it would utilize Finesse workflow-based recording w/ Mediasense w/ the recordings stored on Mediasense?
