UCCX 12.0 & IP-Phone 8945

Hi everyone, 

I have looked through the CCX Compatibility Matrix for 12.0 and the IP-Phone Type 8945 is no longer listed as supported. Does anyone know why? Is anyone even already on 12.0 with 8945 as Agent Phone and can confirm it's working?

Hi there

Even 8941 is also missing. Probably due to some documented bug which Cisco might be working on with. Most of the case, if they come up with a new firmware fix, they will update the compatibility matrix.

My suggestion, if you are concerned on this, your best bet is to reach out to your Cisco SE/AM
