Does anyone know if doing an in place upgrade from uccx 12.0 to 12.5.1SU1 requires a new license file. Since I'm not changing any host parameters i'm assuming that License mac will stay the same. So does the existing 12.0 license work with 12.5?
I'm not moving to smart licenses as the customer still has WFM 11.5 inplace and it does not support smart licenses so I will be staying with traditional licenses for this upgrade.
I know the 11.x licenses worked across all versions of 11.0, 11.5., 11.6 etc.
Any help would be appreciated.
