Recently upgraded to UCCX 12.5.1.10000-31 and our agents are complaining that when transferring to a department in the Phone Book the "text" is too small to read. Is there any way to expand this window?

The problem doesn't look to be the font size, but rather the available horizontal space to display more text. But I agree, I don't think there is a setting to control this width. Might just have to file a defect.

Not without building your own gadget. Can the user zoom in on the browser itself? That might help, but it will make everything bigger not just the phone book.
