UCCX 12.5 Access Privilege

Hi Guys,

We have a solution with 02 UCCX Servers (Master and Slave) and are need to restrict a specific team to only to  insert and exclude messages. I would like know if there are the possibility to create the user with this privilege?

What do you mean by messages ?

A supervisor Can be setup so he/she only Can change there team
