UCCX 12.5 / CCP(Socialminer) 12.5 / Bubble chat issue

Hi everyone,

I am trying to test UCCX bubble chat. Installed UCCX 12.5 and CCP 12.5.Also added all latest updates(ES03). Configured all need parts. Testing on UCCX generated chat code. As I understood from browser logs CCP handles requests , but problems appears with CCP and UCCX contacting. Attaching screenshots.

Is uccx certicate on the ccp ?

Is ccp certicate on the uccx ?

Is the ccp and uccx in the same vlan (og is ccp in dmz )?

Is uccx certicate on the ccp ? - no. Didn't find any requirement for this from cisco docs. I'll check it now.
