Dear Experts,
I've a requirement to transfer the calls to an Extension or hunt pilot number (not an agent extension) in call manager from IVR script and if the call is not answered it needs to be forwarded to another application in UCCX for reporting and other call treatments.
But As per UCCX Release notes The following scenarios have issues but It did not mention the challenges.
External -> Redirect to Un-monitored device -> Call Forward No Answer to UCCX RP
Use of Redirect Step to an un-monitored device which then uses Call Forward No Answer to a UCCX route point.
Can You please clarify on this and suggest the best approach to achieve my requirement.

Instead of doing Redirect from the script to the hunt pilot you could do consult transfer and then if nobody answers send the call to another script either as a sub flow or redirect to the Trigger.
