UCCX 12.0 is not compatible with CUCM 10.5, but the second table is for Workforce Optimization, the call recording software.   The latest SR is compatible with UCCX 12.0 and CUCM 10.5, but regardless, you cannot have CUCM 10.5 on UCCX 12.0.

UCCX 12.0 is not compatible with CUCM 10.5, but the second table is for Workforce Optimization, the call recording software.   The latest SR is compatible with UCCX 12.0 and CUCM 10.5, but regardless, you cannot have CUCM 10.5 on UCCX 12.0.
