I have customer who is not using finesse agent client and he wants to use only ip phones as agent .I believe it is possible through FIPPA service .Please confirm?
Also he want to see PSTN caller DDI phone number on agent phone ,Is it possible ?
Do we option to logout from FIPPA service remotely in case agents forget to logout?
or
If agent forgets to logut from IPPA service in first location and again he wants to login with second location(other phone with subscribed ippa service) with same extension ,In this case first location will be logged out automatically. Am I right ?
