After performing a long tedious upgrade from 4.x (not 4.5) to 5.0(1), I have found that there is a major issue with workflow and enterprise data performing a screen pop on agent desktops. They advised that it should be resolved in 5.0(2) SP1.
I went to PUT and didn't see 5.0(2) as being available. Going to the download site, all I saw was 5.0(1) SP2.
Where can I find 5.0(2) SP1???? Can anyone help?

Hi Walter,
I am afraid this will have to wait a bit. 5.0.2 is about to be released, while 5.0.2 SR1 is currently being built in the Engineering rooms, no delivery time committed yet.
