UCCX 5.0(2) unable to read document

We just upgraded from UCCX 5.0(1)SR2 to 5.0(2) and ran into this issue. We use a sublflow to read an uploaded document for holiday dates and time. After the upgrade it no longer reads the an uploaded document. Anyone ran into this issue? Nothing has been changed in the scripts or documents. Any ideas?

We have recently upgraded UCCX and didnt face such issue. Sometimes upgrade is not complete. Try to reload the image.
