uccx 7.0(1) supervisor capability problem

Hi, one of the users i added supervisor capability but doest appear team on select team section at cisco supervisor desktop program.

I did give authority to user like other supervisor user. On the resource list the user have supervisor indicator.

What could be the problem ?

Hi

As well as allocating 'Supervisor' rights, you must also link the Supervisor to the teams you want the Supervisor to see in 'Teams' configuration in AppAdmin (RmCm config page, then click 'Teams'). By default, they see no teams, so the drop down list in CSD is empty.
