Hi,

I have installed UCCX 7.0 in a HA deployement Scenario.I have noticed that my CAD are registred with my database subscriber and failing over to my database publisher. Is that a normal behaviour? Can I instruct my CAD to register with publisher and to fail over to the subscriber?

Please advice.

Hi,

It depends on the order specified in Postinstall.exe.

On the client PC run the postinstall.exe(c:/programfiles/cisco/desktop/bin/postinstall.exe) and the first screen lists the ip addresses of the primary and secondry UCCx server.

At this point the subscriber ip address might be the first preference so you can change the order there and then check.
