Our customer has UCCX 7.0 in HA mode with 15 Premium agents lic, he wants to migrate to UCCX 8.0 with 3-years support.
Question is - How to count HA feature while migration licensing?
When configuring migration with CCX-80-UPGRADE top level partnumber I get strange partnumber:
CCX-70-80-PHA CCX 8.0 UPGRADE - 7.0 to 8.0 PRE HA-HA
witch is not described in CCBU Ordering Guide.
Full spec is in the attach UCCX_upgrade-Bill_of_Materials12.xls.
But , in the CCBU Ordering Guide is described that We should use CCX-80-HA-P-P-U partumber, But this partnumber is not orderable in CCX-80-UPGRADE and doesn't exist in GPL price list.
So, what should I use CCX-70-80-PHA or CCX-80-HA-P-P-U and why, and what right migration top-level partnumber ?
