UCCX 7.01 to 8.5.1 SU1 upgrade / restore question/issue

Does anyone know how long the Windows to Linux restore/upgrade takes?

I have been stuck at Phase 0 of the upgrade/restore process on a 8.5.1 SU1 update now for 3 hours and the status screen has not changed.

Hi,

Not sure how exactly you are trying but i've seen this when performing direct SU1 deployment.

However, when you do a W1 upgrade from 701SR5, you will have to install 8.5(1) with Patch Option as SU1 and then restore from the backup taken in SR5.

This is a W1 upgrade path and you need to perform the installation of base version, 8.5(1) in this case and release notes as well call for this:　

A media kit for 8.5(1) must be obtained to support Unified CCX Release 7.0(1) SR5 Windows-to-Linux upgrade.
