I can see the number when a call comes in but cannot see the name. Is there a way for me to see name and number as the call is presented to the agent? Users before could of course see the caller ID on their phone when someone called but using CAD they see its from contact center and then the agent show the number as I am collecting that.
Is there a way to display both?
I attached the script also if you would like to look at that.

A long requested feature and as far as I know to this day, there is no way to do it
