UCCX 7 - publisher ip address changed - need appadmin access

Team - I tried

Administrator and ciscocisco and it gives a blank screen. Cusctomer changed the Call

Manager IP addresses - the UCCX is not finding the previous CUCM. How do I set the new publisher, subs for AXL, jtapi and rmcm if appadmin

does not work? I tried serviceability but still having issues. Is cet a better way to go?

Download CET for uccx 8.0 and do a fresh installation during which you can change the ip. That should work in emergency situations.
