Hello guys,
I'm facing some uncommon issues on the Supervisior GUI. The graphic presentation of the Agent Vs Team is showing wrong. I have the whole graph for the Team in red or blue, but the Agent is in right colors.
Has anyone face the same issue?

To resolve this issue restart the Cisco Desktop Recording & Statistics Service and Cisco Unified CCX Engine.
