UCCX 8.0(2) Historical Reporting Client won't load

New install of UCCX 8.0(2). I've installed the Historical Reporting client on my laptop running Windows 7.  When I attempt to load the client it pops up with 2 error dialog boxes saying "Unexpected error; quitting" with the only option being OK.  Attached is an image.

What is going on?  Script editor and CAD Agent/Supervisor clients work fine on my laptop for this UCCX install.

Have to RunAs Administrator.

Hi,

Running as administrator did not help. Secondary Logon service is running.

Still not working :( Did anybody find a way to fix this?
