Prior to upgrading to 8.0 (2) I had a user (on Windows 7) who whenever he received a phone call his computer would lock up. This problem has continued after the uprgrade, now to the point where the EU said that almost every call locks up his computer.
Here's what I've done to try and rectify the problem:
1: turned off the firewall
2: Uninstalled the Service Release Pack
3: Uninstalled the agent and reinstalled the agent from the server rather than the downloaded install exe
Any ideas/thoughts?
