UCCX 8.0(2) Unified serviceability login

Dumb question for everyone but what username and password does the unified serviceability page in UCCX 8.X use and where is this specified?   I can get into the CCX Serviceability page using my appadmin credentials and can get to os administraion using my os credentials but cannot get into Unified Serviceability.   Any help is greatly appreciated.

To get into Unified Serviceability, use the login that you use to get into appadmin (Unified CCX Administration).  I just verified this on my UCCX server.  It's odd though because you have to log in again; IE, being logged into appadmin doesn't log you into Unified Serviceability automatically when you navigate over to it.

Thanks for the reply.   The Unified Serviceability must be a different login becuase the credentials that I use for appadmin do not work for Unified Serviceability.   I just don't know where those credentials are specified.

I found it ....

the password is the same of first login in appadmin (default password)
